In Mandalay Region, the junta has also been conducting ground offensives with superior force. On the same day, junta forces carried out an aerial bombing on a monastery in Kyauk Na Gar Village, Mogoke Township, killing five people, including a monk. They also conducted a drone bombing in Lan Lel Kyit Village, Thabeikkyin Township, during a memorial event held on the seventh day after a funeral.
